Terms Of Service

Payment

  • I accept Paypal and DeviantArt Points.

  • For half bodies and full bodies I will provide you with a sketch before requiring payment to continue, but for head shots I require payment up front.

  • If you want to pay with DeviantArt Points, wait for me to make a place for it in the commissions section - Do not send as a gift or donation.

 

 

Deadlines/Waiting Time

  • Typical waiting time is 1-14 days, though it can go up depending on the complexity of the commission and how quickly you respond to questions

Refunds

  • If you need a refund for a commission contact me as soon as possible and we can discuss it. 

  • If a commission is already done you cannot receive a refund.

  • If a commission is started you will have to at least pay for what has been completed.

Work in Progress (WIP)

  • You will receive a sketch to approve for half bodies and full bodies. If you want to see more WIPs, please inform me when you order your commission.

  • Keep in mind the more WIPs I have to show you, the longer the commission will take.

Do's and Don'ts for me:

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason I deem fit, and I am not required to disclose that reason. (Don't worry, this is not a common occurrence!)

  • I will not draw anything in a different style then my own (including but not limited to over exaggeration of proportions).

  • I will likely refuse commissions of things I have no/not enough experience in (NSFW, mecha, heavily muscled characters etc.) But do note that this list is always getting smaller so feel free to check back a few months later if you really want that piece.

  • There are some things I just refuse to draw, including hate speech and some fetishes. If I say no to a commission of this nature, please do not ask again.

  • I'm allowed to stream the commission, however, I won't stream it if you ask me not to in advance.

  • I'm allowed to record the commission for Youtube, however, I won't record it if you ask me not to in advance.

  • I'm allowed to use the finished artwork in my portfolio and to upload it to my own page.

Do's and Don'ts for you:

  • Please do communicate with me. The more the better! I also love to know as much about the character as I can, I love hearing backstories and personalities.  

  • You are not allowed to use the commission in any commercial way (e.g. any way that earns you profit in any way), such as selling prints, using the artwork in a game, printing it in an artbook. Of course, you can print it for yourself, but in no way are you allowed to re-sell the artwork. Unless that was the purpose of the commission and you were extremely transparent about that fact from the beginning 

  • Do not under any circumstance remove my signature. I will be sure it doesn't interfere with the piece.

  • If you post the commission elsewhere please link back to here.
